Recently in CLS Category

Hello all...My fellow interns and I returned to St.Louis on Saturday from our trip to Washington D.C. where we attended the 15th Annual Eagle Forum Collegians Leadership Summit. I thoroughly enjoyed myself as the conference was far greater than the expectations I previously had! I was challenged by many of the speeches I heard such as "Is Border Security a Really Big Issue?" given by Rep. Steve King and "Can We Enforce Laws Against Illegal Aliens?" by Kris Kobach. I also enjoyed hearing students speak on the actions that they are taking against the liberals on their campuses.Kudos to them! This conference definitely encouraged me to keep standing strong and I also gained  ideas on how to better defend my beliefs. I would encourage all college students to attend this annual conference in 2009! Not only are there great speakers, but you can meet other conservatives and the conference is cheap!
